Resin Bond Mesh Diamond

FRD series resin bond mesh diamond is designed primarily for use in phenolic and polyimide resin bonds, vitrified bonds, and hybrid bond systems.

Recommended applications include tool sharpening and grinding hard materials like glass, tungsten carbide, cermet, and ceramics.

Resin bond diamond’s performance can also be improved with the application of metal coatings that improve heat dissipation and particle retention for improved surface finish and tool life.
